Tip Sheet For Moving Out
1. Appliances are cleaned thoroughly. (fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwaves, etc.
2. All window coverings cleaned or broken ones replaced. Window tracks and jams including closet doors tracks cleaned. Window sills wiped down and clean. Windows cleaned.
3. Bathroom cleaned thoroughly, including medicine cabinets, baseboards, shower, sinks, cabinets and tub, floors and toilet.
4. Baseboards throughout unit/house cleaned.
5. Carpet and/or tile is professionally cleaned and receipt provided.
6.Kitchen is cleaned including counters, doors, cabinets/shelves, sink
7. Any light bulbs that are not working are replaced.
8. Wipe down any spots on walls, light switches and doors that are able to be cleaned.
9. Ceiling fans are cleaned
10. Patios are swept off and cleaned.
11. Garages are swept out and cleaned. (remove any oil stains)
12. Remove all nails or hooks in wall and fill in holes.
Our goal is to ensure every property is left in the same condition it was rented and tenants
get back deposit.
